  Back then I was "fluffy" and picked lead.  The Guitar is a 61 Gretsch PX6120

  The Steeler is Harry "Hap" Hatterer with his Fender 400 and the mandolin player is Wes Dunn

 

  1971 at Eldersburg, Md with the Dewey Reed Band.

  I had just received my new 71 Emmons D10 and Fender Twin Reverb Amp

Silver Springs Park, Ocala Fl - Feb 17, 2001 With the Catfish Johnny Band.  We

                          were opening for a Marty Martel Opry Legends Show.  Catfish Johnny is in the

                            suit, Cal Akers on lead, Bernie Waldon on Bass and Jeff North on Drums.  We

                            also worked Silver Springs in 2002 (Opry Legends),  and 2003

 (opening for Jerry Reed).

 

On tour with the Tommy Cash Show in Florida, 2003.  Bernie Waldon on Bass,

           Jimmy Peppers on Drums, Cal Akers on lead Guitar and me on Steel

  At Silver Springs Park.  The singer is Jimmy Peppers.  Jimmy is a successful

                            Nashville songwriter and formerly was the Band Manager for George Jones.

                           Jimmy was our drummer on the 2003 Tommy Cash Tour, in Florida.

 

    

  At the 2003 Plant City, Fl., Strawberry Festival.  Bernie Waldon on Bass, Jimmy

                            Peppers on Drums, Cal Akers on Lead Guitar and me on steel.
